The Finance Officer is legally responsible for establishing the accounting system, controlling expenditures, managing cash and other assets, and preparing financial reports. The Finance Officer also works with the Town Manager to develop a budget that meets the needs of the community.
Additionally, Donna serves as Clerk to the Parks &
Recreation Board. Supervises customer services for the
Town Hall, Accounts Payable, Tax Collections and Utilities.
