Employee Recognition Program
The Town of Leland has launched a formal program to recognize efforts by Town employees who go over and above the requirements of their job. An employee committee has developed a recognition policy that meets this goal. Town employees and citizens are encouraged to nominate a town employee who has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Requirements for nomination: Nominee must be a full-time employee of the Town of Leland. A detailed policy is available upon request.
