LELAND – Lee Nichols has been named Director of Development Services for the Town of Leland.  He previously served as the Town’s Code Enforcement Officer.  Nichols replaces Cameron Moore, who left the Town to pursue an opportunity with a private firm.

“Cameron Moore raised the bar to a new standard of excellence during his time with the Town of Leland,” said Town Manager David Hewett.  “We will miss Cameron’s tremendous talent and 'get the job done' attitude, and we wish him success in his new endeavor.”

“At the same time, we are excited that Lee Nichols is stepping in as our new Director of Development Services,” Hewett added.  “During his more than four years with the town, Lee has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring that Leland continues to be a great place to live, work and raise a family.  I look forward to working with Lee in his new role.”
