LELAND, NC – The Town of Leland is seeking volunteers for a town-wide storm drain marking program.  In an effort to help protect local water quality and prevent pollution, markers with the phrase, “NO DUMPING - DRAINS TO CREEK” will be placed on all storm drains within the Town limits.  This initiative is intended to protect local water quality and help prevent pollution.
