Town of Leland Launches New Web Site, E-Mail Newsletter

LELAND – The Town of Leland has launched a new web site, which can be viewed at www.townofleland.com.  The site allows visitors to sign up for Leland’s new e-mail newsletter, which will keep citizens informed of town happenings and news. 

“Leland has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest growing towns in southeastern North Carolina,” says Town Manager David Hewett.  “As a result, we knew it was time to upgrade our Internet presence.  Our new web site provides citizens with easy access to the information they need and communicates why more families and businesses are choosing to relocate to Leland.”

The web site provides visitors with a wide range of information, including facts about Leland, an overview of the town’s history, photos, town news, information about town government, North Brunswick area links and information on the Leland Public Library. 

The site was developed by Fountainhead Technologies, a web development company, and Pioneer Strategies, a Public Relations agency.  Pioneer served as project manager and developed site content, and Fountainhead provided creative, design and technical services.
