Welcome to Leland Emergency Management
The Town of Leland's Emergency Management Director works year-round in direct collaboration with public safety, operations and maintenance, planning, utilities, and communications staff to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive response to natural and man-made disasters.
Before, during, and after an emergency, the team partners with local, state, and federal agencies to help protect our community, keep residents and vistors informed and updated, and aid in recovery efforts.
Emergency Management also strives to help residents understand the importance of planning and preparedness through a variety of educational and outreach efforts.
On this page and throughout the Emergency Management section of the Town website, you will find useful links, resources, and tools to help you become better prepared in case of a disaster, be it an act of nature or a man-made incident.
If you have any questions or concerns that are not answered on this website, contact Emergency Management Director John Grimes at email@example.com or (910) 332-4826.
