Fire Station 51 will be located at the Municipal Operations Center Campus at 1970 Popular Street. This station will improve the Town's response times to fire and life safety events in the area.

Project Updates
Preliminary Architectural Design and Site Plans have been approved and the Design Builder is working towards 100% construction drawings.
After multiple rounds of both architectural and site plans, we are nearing the completion of preliminary design. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineers will soon begin working on producing full set building plans.
First round, preliminary design plans were recieved and have been reviewed by the Town. These site plans have been marked up based on discussions, are currently being reviewed by the architecture firm, and a revised plan is expected in June.
Planning for both architectural and site design has commenced and the Town is awaiting the first draft plans to be returned for the initial review.
The Town issued a Notice to Proceed to Environments Unlimited, Inc. and contract documents have been signed. Pre-Construction planning will begin immediately.
An RFQ has been published to gather information and qualifications from interested Design-Build Firms.
