Apparatus

Leland Fire/Rescue is proud to serve the community with two new state-of-the-art fire engines, a tower truck, a heavy rescue vehicle, a boat, a UTV, and command staff vehicles, among other apparatus. Please see below for details about each of the apparatus. 

Engine 5171 is a 2022 KME Custom Pumper. Engine 5171 holds 750 gallons and has a 1500 gpm pump. It is housed at Station 51.

Engine 5371 is a 2022 KME Custom Pumper. Engine 5371 holds 750 gallons of water and has a 1500 gpm pump. It is housed at Station 53.

Engine 5172 is a 2007 Spartan Crimson. It holds 750 gallons and has a 1500 gpm pump. Engine 5272 serves as the reserve engine for 5271. It is housed at Station 51.

Engine 5271 is a 2007 Spartan Crimson. Engine 5271 holds 750 gallons of water and has a 1500 gpm pump. It is housed at Station 52.

Engine 5272 is a 2007 Spartan Crimson. It holds 750 gallons and has a 1500 gpm pump. Engine 5272 serves as the reserve engine for 5271. It is housed at Station 52.

Truck 5361 is a 2001 E-One Tower. It is a rear-mount platform with 300 gallons of water and a 2000 gpm pump. It is housed at Station 53.

Rescue 5395 is a 2007 Spartan. It serves as the heavy rescue and is cross-staffed by the members of Truck 5371. Rescue 5395 is outfitted with extrication, water rescue, and confined space equipment. It is housed at Station 53.

Boat 5290 is a 1998 McKee Craft. It is 17’ long and powered by an 85 horsepower Suzuki motor. It is housed at Station 52.

UTV 5285 is a Polaris side by side with an interchangeable skid unit: one for patient transport and one for fire suppression. 5285 is transported with a flatbed truck. It is housed at Station 52.

Battalion 5 is a 2017 Chevrolet 2500. Battalion 5 serves as the shift’s command vehicle and responds to all major incidents. It is housed at Station 53.
