The Town of Leland offers a variety of programs and events for people of all ages. Please use the forms below to evaluate our offerings and request a refund or balance transfer.
Residents may request a reduction in program fees via the Financial Assistance Application. The benefit will be available to Town of Leland residents only and shall be a maximum of $200 per resident per fiscal year. The department will determine the total overall amount available for financial assistance each budget year. Financial assistance is given on a first-come, first-served basis until the budgeted amount has been awarded.
To apply, residents must submit the Financial Assistance Application along with income verification documentation. Program fee reductions will be based on income level and household size and will be available at 25%, 50%, and 90% levels. Financial assistance eligibility levels will be determined by the Brunswick County, NC HUD Metro FMR Area Income Limit Summary.
