The Leland Police Department is conducting a citizen satisfaction survey to engage residents and elicit feedback on how the department has been performing over the last year.
The Police Department has recently made changes and improvements to some services and processes and wants to measure the perceived impact of those changes.
The questions are designed to gauge the public’s thoughts on the department’s practices and interest in services not currently being offered. Survey results will be used to improve services and serve as a think tank when developing future ideas or providing new/different services.
Anyone who lives in Town limits is encouraged to complete the survey. All responses are completely anonymous and no personal identifying information will be collected.
The survey will remain active through March.
