Discover Winter and Spring Programs at Open House

Open House

The Town of Leland Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department welcomes the community to Open House on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Leland Cultural Arts Center, located at 1212 Magnolia Village Way.

Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy a hands-on preview of the exciting programs and events coming this winter and spring. Experience interactive demonstrations from our dancercise, pottery, and stained-glass instructors.

Open House is a perfect opportunity to meet instructors, ask questions, and explore programs before registering. The Green Bean will also be on site with drinks available for purchase.

The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department offers nearly 150 programs in areas such as painting, drawing, printmaking, fitness, outdoor and environmental education, fibers and basket weaving, mixed media, glass arts, ceramics, and a variety of youth programs. This season, there are 30 new programs, including inclusive fitness, pottery and jewelry workshops, and environmental education lectures.

Winter and spring program registration opens online and in person on Nov. 1 at 9 a.m. For more information, visit the Town’s website.
