The Leland Tourism Development Authority, also referred to as the LTDA, is a public authority under the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act and shall be governed by the particulars of said Act. The Authority shall have the power and the duty to promote travel and tourism in the Town of Leland. The LTDA has five members and meets the third Wednesday on a bi-monthly basis at 4 p.m. at Town Hall.
