Beginning on Friday, June 4, GFL will begin removing carts from homes that have chosen to not continue recycling service by contracting for the fee-based, bi-weekly service offered by GFL. On your regular recycling day this month, GFL will dump your cart and another truck will haul it away if you are not continuing service. Residents who do not want to pay for recycling will still have options including a new free drop off site at 114 Perry Ave. across from Founders Park beginning in July.
