The Leland Town Council is excited to host its third Let’s Talk Leland, a Town hall-style forum series designed to create open, informal conversations between residents and Town leadership.
The forum will take place Wednesday, October 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive.
Mayor Brenda Bozeman and Mayor Pro Tem Bob Campbell will be in attendance to speak directly with residents, answer questions, and hear feedback in a relaxed, conversational setting.
"It's been great to see so many residents attend our Let's Talk Leland events," said Mayor Bozeman. "We appreciate everyone who takes the time to come out, ask questions, and get information directly from the source. These events are an important opportunity to connect with our community and have open, honest conversations about the future of Leland."
The event will begin with a 30-minute informal social from 6 to 6:30 p.m., giving attendees an opportunity to meet and interact with Mayor Bozeman and Mayor Pro Tem Campbell. A facilitated question-and-answer session will follow from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to submit questions at check-in or throughout the event. Contact information may also be provided for follow-up, as Town staff will share responses to any unanswered questions via email after the forum.
The Let’s Talk Leland series reflects the Town’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accessibility, and community engagement. Forums will continue to be scheduled with rotating Councilmembers.
