Family Selects Leland Location to Grow Their Business
LELAND, NC – The mission of Shelley and Manoj Bhatia has always been to serve the needs of their community. Since 2006 they have operated high-end storage facilities in the Fayetteville, Ft. Bragg, Raleigh and Durham markets, but have decided to transition their business, and their passion for service, to Leland with the grand opening of Leland Self Storage this month.

In the interest of providing a positive experience for their customers, The Bhatias go above and beyond when it comes to the often mundane world of self-storage units. Their goal is to make Leland Self Storage an extension of home by offering three stories of 100% climate controlled units, music throughout and coastal landscaping with palm trees. They want to make relocation a little easier with a U-Haul partnership, extended hours, third party insurance and month-to-month billing.
The Bhatia family will be hosting a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event at Leland Self Storage, 1218 West Gate Drive, on Friday, March 16 at 12:00. They will serve light refreshments and lunch and offer tours of the storage facility.
