The Town of Leland is excited to announce the launch of its new Transparency Portal, providing residents with easy access to data from departments across the organization.
The portal serves as a centralized resource where residents can explore monthly and annual data to inform budget planning, track departmental performance, and measure progress toward the goals outlined in the Town’s 2030 Strategic Plan. Much of the information displayed is drawn directly from departmental staff reports and other internal metrics that are used to evaluate services and guide future investments.
Designed to make government data more accessible and understandable, the Transparency Portal allows users to interact with charts and graphs to view detailed breakdowns. Each metric includes a description explaining what the data represents and how it may be used to support decision-making, planning, and resource allocation.
By making this information readily available, the Town continues its commitment to transparency, accountability, and keeping residents informed about the services and initiatives that shape the community.
