Welcome to the new Town of Leland website!
Over the past several months, Town staff has been working with IT service management company VC3 to redesign the Town website. The process started by soliciting feedback from community members last fall about their experience with the previous site and goals for the new one. Many people expressed similar desires for something more user-friendly, modern, and easier to navigate.
We’ve taken that feedback, along with Google analytics about what people are coming to the website for, to guide the creation of this new platform. Here are some of main features you’ll notice about this new website:

- Integrated social media with latest updates.
- Improved website performance.
- Enhanced ADA tools to assist with posting accessible content.
- New features that are better optimized for performance and easier to use and navigate.
In redesigning the website, we’ve reorganized some pages, so you may not find information in the same place you used to. We’ve compiled commonly used resources from our website in the I Want To… page that is linked at the top of all webpages.
