Town of Leland Roadway Resurfacing 2026-2027

The Town of Leland is proposing to resurface 5% of Town owned roadways annually. The scope of the project includes milling, full depth patches as needed, asphalt overlay, new pavement markings, and replace and install new street signs as needed. The streets being considered for resurfacing include Emberwood Drive, Bowden Court, South Palm Drive, Grace Point Drive, Beachwalk Drive, Ricefield Branch Street, Cypress Court, Highland Hills Drive, Moore Road, Appleton Way, Mill Creek Loop, Grayson Parkway, Olde Regent Way, and Leana Drive
