Request for Proposals: Fire Apparatus Maintenance Services

Scope of Services: The Town of Leland (“Town”) is soliciting proposals for the Town’s Fire Apparatus Maintenance Services. Fire Apparatus Maintenance Services pertain to the maintenance and repair of said vehicles utilized by the Town, including all labor, parts, and materials necessary for the various classifications, types, and make/model of vehicles. Any questions on this project should be submitted in writing via email to agallagher@townofleland.com no later than May 26, 2026, at 2pm. Answers will be issued in the form of an Addendum. Proposals may be submitted in person at 102 Town Hall Drive, Leland, NC 28451 or submitted via email to agallagher@townofleland.com no later than June 18, 2026, at 2pm. In-person submissions must be clearly labeled “ATTN: Alley Gallagher, RFP # 27-500 Fire Apparatus Maintenance Services”. Emailed submissions shall use “RFP # 27-500 Fire Apparatus Maintenance Services” as the subject line. There will not be a formal bid opening. The Town of Leland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Scope of Services: Construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet of roadway and a traffic circle. Site work includes grading, paving, drainage, signing, pavement marking, and traffic control for a proposed new roadway off US 17 between Brunswick Forest Parkway and W. Gate Drive within the Town of Leland.
