Enjoy a day filled with environmental educators, vendors selling handcrafted and eco-friendly items, delicious food trucks, live music, and captivating performances by local artists. Bring your friends and family to explore, learn, and experience the creativity and beauty of our community all in one place!
Participate at In Bloom as a Vendor
We’re excited to welcome vendors to In Bloom. While we encourage all artists and makers to apply to this event, vendors offering nature-inspired artwork, sustainable or eco-friendly products, plants, or flowers will be given priority.
Vendor Information:
- Application Deadline: March 6 at 5 p.m.
- Booth Size: 10 ft x 10 ft
- Booth Fee: $35 (due upon acceptance)
- Vendor Priority: Sustainable or eco-friendly products, plants/flowers, or nature-focused artwork
Participate at In Bloom as an Environmental Educator or Community Group
We’re looking for community groups that encourage visitors to connect with the nature, people, and world around them.
Community Booth Information:
- Application Deadline: March 6 at 5 p.m.
- Booth Size: 10 ft x 10 ft
- Requirements: Vendors must supply their own tents and tables. Tent weights at 20lbs per leg are mandatory.
- Focus: Educational materials about the environment and an interactive activity, meet-and-greets with local clubs and groups working to protect and explore nature, native plant educators, etc.
- Eligible Participants: Educators, community groups, clubs, or non-profit organizations.
