Loblolly Park is a future mixed-use park planned for a currently undeveloped site adjacent to Long Pine Drive in Leland. Designed to meet the recreational needs of a growing population, the park will offer a variety of amenities that encourage active lifestyles, outdoor play, and community engagement. Project Updates
The Town, in partnership with Summit Design and Engineering and Innova Disc Golf, has begun the preliminary design of the future Loblolly Park. Planned amenities include an 18-hole disc golf course, a multi-use trail network, playground, restrooms, and picnic facilities. Design is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2027, with construction to follow as funding becomes available.
