A project to extend Founders Drive in the proposed Settler's Village development to Woodland Drive. The scope of the project includes constructing the roadway connection, stormwater infrastructure, five-foot sidewalk on both sides of the roadway, and installation of pavement markings and signage.

Project Updates
Construction is completed on the Settler's Village Connector Road. This roadway connection improves multimodal connectivity, pedestrian access, traffic circulation, and emergency response access. It also provides an additional route for residents during severe weather or other emergency events, strengthening neighborhood connectivity and system resilience.
Final punch list items are being completed on the connector road to include installing a pedestrian crosswalk, stop bar and stop sign.
DiMaio Concrete will be pouring concrete for the new sidewalks along Founders Drive.
Highland Paving will be installing asphalt on the new connector roadway.
Curb and gutter is being installed for the roadway connection.
Construction begins on the roadway connection to Woodland Drive.
The Town entered into a Municipal Infrastructure Agreement with SV Leland, LLC for the installation of an extension of Founders Drive as a public connector street to Woodland Drive.
