The Town of Leland is proposing to resurface several streets within the Town limits. The scope of the project includes milling, full depth patches as needed, asphalt overlay, new striping throughout, and new street signs as needed. The streets to be resurfaced include Carolina Avenue, Grandiflora Drive, Wyland Court, Stanfield Court, portion of Pine Harvest Drive in Magnolia Greens, Parkmore Court, Alba Lane, Tommy Jacobs Drive, Greymoss Lane, section of Westport Drive, Avebury Court, Eric Court, Potomac Court, and Sunburst Way.

The contractor is planning to be out on Westport Drive, Potomac Court, Eric Court, and Avebury Court in the Westport neighborhood starting on Monday, October 6, 2025. The work will consist of milling, full depth patches where needed, and paving on these roadways. Residents should expect delays and use caution when driving in the area.
Striping crews are planning to be out in the Magnolia Greens neighborhood starting this afternoon to install thermoplastic pavement markings along the roadways that have recently been resurfaced. Traffic will be diverted around the striping equipment as crews move down the roadway. Residents should expect minor delays and use caution when driving in the area.
Paving is now complete on Grandiflora Drive in Magnolia Greens. Crews will be out today cleaning up throughout the neighborhood. Residents should use caution when driving in the area.
