To obtain a permit, submit a complete application including forms, plans, and permit fee to the Engineering Department for review. Submit the permit fee by check payable to Town of Leland.
Project Certification Forms
In accordance with the Town's Stormwater Ordinance, upon completion of a project, the applicant must certify the project is in accordance with the approved stormwater plans. Certification forms are listed below.
Inspection Reports
In accordance with the Town's Stormwater Ordinance, annual inspections of stormwater control measures are required to be conducted and submitted to the Town. These inspections are due each year on or before the anniversary date of the installation of the stormwater control measure. Annual inspection reports must be completed on forms included in the Stormwater Design Manual. These forms are listed below.
