The Town of Leland issues permits for construction activity within the Town right-of-way. The construction activity must be in accordance with all North Carolina General Statues and Town of Leland ordinances.
To obtain a permit, submit a complete application including forms, plans, and the permit fee to the Public Works Department at Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive, for review. Submit the permit fee by check payable to Town of Leland.
