A project to renovate and expand Leland Town Hall. The new addition will include offices, meeting rooms, flex spaces, restroom facilities, and ancillary areas. This project will also include updates to existing facilities, including the addition of new offices, mechanical system upgrades, and redesigned evidence processing and storage spaces. Construction started Fall 2024 and will continue through 2026.

Concept Plans Reviewed

The Town has reviewed and approved concept plans presented by architect. With approval, architect will begin working with engineers to develop prelim building plans. The Town expects to receive 60% plans by July 2023.
