Project Updates
Preliminary Design Plans for the improvements along Ocean Gate Plaza and New Pointe Blvd are expected to be completed the end of January 2023. Plans will be submitted to the Town’s Technical Review Committee for review and comments. Town Staff will work closely with the Engineer as we move forward in the design phase for the project.
Survey crews will be out on Ocean Gate Plaza and New Pointe Blvd starting today, July 28, 2022. Survey crews will collect survey data and compile for the design plans. Work will take several weeks to complete.
The Town has brought on board DAVENPORT to design and bid the Ocean Gate Plaza Intersection Improvements project. Design will take several months to complete.
The Town is working to bring an Engineering Firm on board to begin survey and design this Summer/Fall 2022.
