A project to improve the intersection at Ocean Gate Plaza and New Pointe Boulevard. The scope of the project includes installation of a single-lane teardrop roundabout, stormwater improvements, new sidewalks, pedestrian crosswalks, pavement markings, and street signs. The project will improve the busy commercial intersection, improve safety for motorists and pedestrians alike, and improve pedestrian connectivity and the flow of traffic.

The Town has brought on board DAVENPORT to design and bid the Ocean Gate Plaza Intersection Improvements project. Design will take several months to complete.
The Town is working to bring an Engineering Firm on board to begin survey and design this Summer/Fall 2022.
