The Town of Leland is excited to host Spring Fling, formerly Eggspedition, at the newly renovated Founders Park. Spring Fling expands on the classic egg hunt experience to create a more community-focused festival.
The community can enjoy age-inclusive egg hunts, a trail of local organizations (plus even more candy!), face painting, and a variety of food trucks.

Each age group will have its own separate hunt during every time slot. To ensure as many families as possible can participate, please have each child join only one hunt.
Eggs will contain candy but no additional prizes.
Community Activities & Partners
Community organizations will be on site throughout Spring Fling offering a variety of family-friendly activities, including touch-a-truck, the Bookmobile, rock painting, and yard games.

Volunteers will help set up event areas, assist community organizations, support staff in running egg hunts, and work with the Bunny. Volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the form, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Host an interactive booth featuring a game or activity, along with candy or treat to share with participants. It’s a fun way to engage with families and help make the event memorable!
