
Fire Station 51 will be located at the Municipal Operations Center Campus at 1987 Andrew Jackson Highway NE. This station will improve the Town's response times to fire and life safety events in the area.

Project Updates
Construction is progressing as planned with crews working on all areas of the building, both interior and exterior.
Construction is continuing to progress on schedule, with work being performed in a variety of areas such as parking lot paving, electrical installation, insulation, drywall, plumbing, and IT. With much of the exterior work wrapping up, focus has been heavily focused on the building interior.
Project is continuing on pace with crews working on construction of the roof and exterior building finishes. After the roof is completed, we will be able to begin more interior work such as framing, electrical, plumbing, and IT rough-ins.

Erection of the metal frame building has begun and is expected to take approximately 1 month to complete.
Construction of Fire Station 51 is continuing to progress, on schedule, with the building slab having been poured. Next steps will include the erection of the metal building frame and work on the stormwater infrastructure.
Construction is now underway for Station 51, with crews mobilized to begin site work, and erosion control measures.
As we are nearing the start of construction, final construction plans are expected within the week. Building materials will begin to arrive in June with a goal of starting sitework in May.
Preliminary Architectural Design and Site Plans have been approved and the Design Builder is working towards 100% construction drawings.
After multiple rounds of both architectural and site plans, we are nearing the completion of preliminary design. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineers will soon begin working on producing full set building plans.
